By accessing or using GridCraft, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of any modifications we may make to these Terms.

GridCraft provides online server hosting for Minecraft and related services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice.
You are responsible for:
1. Providing accurate and complete information during registration
2. Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
3. Any activities that occur under your account, authorized or not
We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to secure your account.You agree not to:
1. Host or distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful content
2. Use the Services to harass, harm, or threaten others
3. Run abusive, CPU-intensive tasks that affect server stability
4. Violate any applicable law or regulation
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in such activities without notice or refund.1. All services must be prepaid in full before activation.
2. Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways.
3. If payment is not received on time, services may be suspended or terminated.
4. GridCraft is not responsible for any loss of data or access due to late or missed payments.
All payments are non-refundable once the service is activated. Exceptions may be granted solely at our discretion in cases of technical failure on our part or billing errors. Refund requests must be made within 3 days of the issue.
If we approve your refund, we will process and credit it to your bank account within 3-5 working days.
We aim to provide a 99.9% uptime guarantee. However, maintenance, server upgrades, or unforeseen issues may result in downtime. GridCraft is not liable for losses or damages resulting from such outages.
We do not guarantee backups unless explicitly included in your plan. You are responsible for backing up your data. GridCraft is not liable for any data loss under any circumstances.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:
1. You violate these Terms
2. You fail to make payments
3. Your use negatively impacts the system or other users
No refunds will be issued in such cases. Termination may also result in permanent deletion of your data.All content on GridCraft’s website, including branding, design, and custom tools, are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites and you access them at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GridCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GridCraft and its team from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in [Varanasi, India].
